Shipping policy

Shipping Origin:

All orders are lovingly packed and shipped from our coastal studio in Aberdeen, Washington. (1509 Pacific Ave. Aberdeen, WA 98520)

Carrier:

We ship exclusively via USPS to ensure reliable delivery across the United 
States. Tracking information will be provided once your order is on it's way.

Processing Time:

Because each item is handmade with care, please allow 2-5 business days for processing before shipment. IF your order includes custom or made-to-order pieces, additional time will be needed- we will keep you updated!

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at check out based on USPS rates and your location. Rates may vary depending on package weight, destination, and delivery speed.

Domestic Shipping:

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and interested in placing an order, feel free to reach out- we're happy to explore options.

Local Pick-up (Aberdeen, WA):

Live near-by? We offer free local pick-up from our studio. Select "local Pick-up" at checkout and we'll coordinate a time that works for you.

Delivery Issues:

Once your package leaves our hands, it's in USPS care. IF your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at evanne@evannesoriginals.com and we'll do our very best to help resolve the issue.
